Cheon Bok Gung Unification temple: the interior »

by Simon Cooper

Here are a bunch more pictures I took during my 2nd visit on Monday 23rd February before heading off to the airport. The general feeling is light, stylish, and functional as a place of worship and devotion.

the main auditorium for worship service

The pews

Sofas

Sign and bell

Some sort of flight control system?

Pastors' offices

Hyung Jin Nim's quite small office room ...

... and his desk

Also, please see below a transcription of Pastor Hyung Jin Moon’s message to leaders of the world wide church done from the 3 video clips in my previous blog. (big thank you to Connie Rennie, who took the time to type this up.)

Thanks for the videos - watched them for HDH today. The symbol with the light shining behind it looks brilliant. I just have to say, it is a very good thing that the HSA UWC/UC symbol is a good one - it should be used more. got to find some good spots to have them in LG.

I hope we can each come to the same depth of understanding expressed here. It's so simple and it's why I joined this church in the first place 30 years ago.

Hi Simon, Thanks for your video of Hyung Jin Nim's moving talk and your photos from the Temple. We can all be proud of this beautiful Temple and wish it brings great blessing to all our brothers and sisters in Seoul. Best regards Merv
